A Vision from the Lord about Norway

This is a vision from the Lord about what is soon to happen in Norway. At Christmas 1976, God called me to earnest prayer for the Scandinavian peoples. For a year and a half I clearly and distinctly experienced the Lord's call to persevere in prayer. Only after this time did I feel free from this special prayer service. During this time I was called to hold meetings in Helsingør, Denmark. Every evening I traveled between Helsingborg and Helsingør.

On the night of March 24, 1977, I received a vision from the Lord, in which I was transferred to Northern Norway. I was placed in a long house with a window facing the sea. When I entered the house, the Lord began to speak to me. He said: "Turn your gaze in a northwesterly direction." I looked out the window and the Lord spoke again and said: "Now the storm is coming." This He said three times. At the same moment I heard the storm break out and the house I was in began to sway back and forth, and it felt as if the whole foundation was in motion. I was afraid that the whole house would collapse and I cried out to the Lord: "Who can stand in this terrible storm?"

When the storm began, the horizon darkened and in an instant the sky was completely black. Above me and towards Sweden the sky was completely bright. The storm swept away everything in its path. There was no place that was untouched by the storm, but the house in which I was was not touched. In connection with the storm I saw the outlines of warships out at sea. After this I woke up, but felt a strong sensation that the vision was not complete.

Two nights later I was again transferred to northern Norway, and I felt that it was the same place as before. Then the Lord spoke again and said: "Look to the southwest." Then I saw on the horizon how the sky became dark and full of aircraft of various types. When they were above me I saw how those coming from the south-east attacked those coming from the west. The aircraft collided with each other and fierce air battles arose in which many were shot down. Battles were also fought on the ground. I asked the Lord: "Who are these coming out of the sea?" The Lord answered: "They are Russian aircraft." I also asked who were those coming from the east, and was told that they were American aircraft.

I cried out to God for the people who were where the storm was coming from. I also had a strong feeling that Finland and Sweden were also affected by the storm. After these revelations I have prayed unceasingly for Russia and our Scandinavian countries. In connection with this vision I had a strong feeling that the time is very near when this will happen.

On August 5, 1978, I was traveling to visit my relatives in Florö, together with my brother. Then I received a vision from the Lord. I saw how Russian soldiers went ashore at various places along the coast of Norway. During their advance through Norway, everyone who came in their way was mercilessly slaughtered, men, women and children. I then asked one of the soldiers if no life could be spared. In response, I received: "No, you too shall die."

We as God's people must see our responsibility for what God reveals. We need to spend a lot of time in prayer for our countries during the time ahead of us, so that revival may come and many wake up to the responsibility in this short time before Jesus returns. God is calling his people today to sacrifice themselves in prayer like Moses, when God spoke to him about destroying the people of Israel because of their sins. Moses' persistent prayers for the people were the salvation from the disaster.

The Bible says that God does not want the death of any sinner, but the people must turn and listen to God's voice and turn from a life of sin and disrespect for God.
